Does the Lido have pet restrictions?
Each resident may have a maximum of two (2) usual and ordinary household domestic pets that must be on leash at ALL times while walking through the community.

What are the Clubhouse hours?
7:00 am – 10:00 pm (Sunday – Thursday)
7:00 am – 11:00 pm (Friday & Saturday)

May I reserve the clubhouse for private events? Is there a fee?
Yes, as long as you are a resident of the Lido. There is a $150.00 refundable security deposit and a $50 rental fee. Each unit is allowed one clubhouse reservation, per calendar year, where the rental fee is waived. Reserving the clubhouse does not include exclusive use of the pool area.

What are the Fitness Center hours?
6:00 am – 10:00 pm (daily)

What are the Pool and Spa hours?
7:00 am – 10:00 pm (Sunday – Thursday)
7:00 am – 11:00 pm (Friday & Saturday)

How can I reserve a guest parking space?

There are (6) guest parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis and require a parking pass. The On-Site Office distributes guest parking passes. Be sure to have your guest vehicle information! ANY VEHICLES NOT DISPLAYING A VALID GUEST PARKING PASS, WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS’ EXPENSE!!

What improvements to my unit require approval before installation?

Any hard surface flooring changes, screen doors, any modification or alteration that will affect Common Area or Association Property, or any exterior improvement. Installation of a new carpet where it already exists does NOT require approval, provided the pad is equivalent or better than the existing one. Architectural applications are available on the Resident Portal or at the On-Site Office.

Are there any requirements prior to moving in or out?

Residents must come by the office and fill out a Move In/Out Form. Move In fees are assessed for each move in. If a moving company is being used, a copy of your mover’s liability insurance must be provided. If you are a tenant renting a unit, a copy of the lease agreement, completed move-in packet, and move-in fee must be provided to the On-Site Office. This needs to be completed, at least, 7 days in advance.

Can I smoke on my patio?

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere within The Lido community, with the exception of the interior of the Residential Units. Residents are NOT allowed to smoke in exclusive use patios or balconies. If there are complaints made by neighboring units, the neighbor to neighbor dispute resolution will apply.

What do I do if I have a plumbing emergency after hours?

Call Dependable Plumbing at 858-486-5111 or Bill Howe Plumbing at 1-800-245-5469. Also, leave a message on the office phone at 619-299-5436, so the on-site staff can follow up the next business day.

Can I have my own Barbecue on my patio?

A Resident may have one (1) electric or propane barbecue in good operating condition in their Exclusive Use Balcony and Exclusive Use Patio Area. All other types of barbecues, including charcoal, hibachis, and the like are strictly prohibited. Barbecues must be positioned in such a manner as to minimize any smoke or odors from interfering with any of the neighboring Residents. A Resident’s barbecue must be kept in a presentable, well maintained condition and shall not cause damage to any structural component of the Exclusive Use Balcony Area or Exclusive Use Patio Area. All barbecues must be used and maintained in a safe manner so as to not potentially cause damage to any portion of the Project.
