8275 Roof Project

The Board has decided to spread out the replacement of each building’s roof, over 4 years; beginning with the 8275 building. After an extensive bidding process, Pioneer Roofing was selected as the contractor for this project.

The Association has provided Pioneer Roofing with a guideline of completing the first building by the end of this year. Because of this guideline, and a replacement schedule of approximately 4 weeks, they will be beginning this project on Tuesday, November 28th. Installation will take place Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmSome Saturdays, 8am – 1pm.

There are a few things for all residents to note, regarding the logistics. Material delivery and roof loading will happen, via crane, on Tuesday (11/28). During this time, the grass area and walkway between 8275 and 8233 will be completely inaccessible. While materials are being loaded, cones will be placed in the driveway to direct traffic in/out of both garages.

Unfortunately, noise will most certainly be an issue for the 8275 building however, the noise may also be heard through the community. If you work from home, the clubhouse will be available for use, as a quieter alternative.
