Volunteers Needed! All Hands on Deck! Recent rains have washed lots of trash down the river. Tons of trash was deposited along the river near Fashion Valley and the Town and Country Resort. As shown in the photo above it is a real mess. We have set a goal of removing as much trash as possible along the river between the 163 and Fashion Valley Road in one day. Let’s beautify this area and get the trash before it washes downstream to the ecological reserve at the estuary and the ocean.

As flood waters recede the trash needs to be removed. We will provide tools and gloves. In addition to people to help clean, we can use help with signing people in, handing out coffee and snacks, etc. You can sign up by clicking the “Details” link above or calling us at 619-297-7380 or by email.
