Re:                            Board of Directors Election Results from the October 15, 2019 Annual Meeting

The Board of Directors would like to thank all members for either sending in their ballot, or attending the Annual Meeting for the election of three (3) Directors to the Board of Directors on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Quorum was achieved with a total of 79 ballots received.

The election results are as follows:

The Inspector of Elections (Action Property Management) announced the following results upon completion of the tabulation of the ballots:

1. The number of members in good standing and entitled to vote on matters reported below at the Annual Meeting was 220.
2. We determined that a quorum was obtained which is 25%.
3. (79) Members voted by irrevocable secret ballot.
4. We received and registered all ballots.
5. We determined the authenticity, validity and effect of each of the proxies and ballots.
6. We determined that (2) ballot(s) were invalid, (7) ballots counted for Quorum Only.
7. We determined that the polls closed at 6:32PM.
8. Number of votes cast was (208).

Ed Rogers, Ron Livingston and Joseph John have been elected to the Board by the members, each for a term of two (2) years. 

The Board of Directors held an Organizational Meeting directly following the Annual Meeting to select board positions:
