The Association has executed a contract with Ideate Design Build to resolve the structural issues with the decks at #2318 and #3411/#3211. Both projects will be completed simultaneously and require scaffolding to be erected in front of the garages. The project will begin on November 4th and continue into December. The call boxes to both garages will be inaccessible for vehicle traffic for the duration of the project. In order to use the  call boxes you will need to park on the left side of the call box and walk around the vehicle to use the call box.
