Dear The Lido Homeowners & Residents:

Please see below for important updates and notices!

Deck Project-the deck project being completed on both sides of the garage entrances is anticipated to be completed by December 20th. Due to the rain delay and in order to keep the project on track, Ideate will be on the property this Saturday, 12/14 to install waterproofing. The work will be minimal and there should not be loud noise. The biggest impact to the residents will be next Tuesday, 12/17. There will be a large concrete pump truck on the property beginning around 8:00AM Tuesday morning. The driveway between the garages will be slightly blocked, however there will still be space for vehicles to enter and exit the garages (slowly and carefully). Ideate will have someone directing traffic the entire time the concrete truck is on-site. We appreciate your cooperation.

Pool Grills-the West pool grill has been repaired and both grills at the East pool have been replaced. All grills should now be in working order!

8211 Building-patrol continues to aggressively watch for vagrants entering or exiting the community, while on the night patrol. The phone numbers for patrol are posted on the first floor by each elevator. If you have a security concern to report before 10:00PM or after 6:00AM please call the dispatch phone number. If you need to reach patrol during the hours of 10:00PM and 6:00AM you can call the night guard directly. The telephone rooms in the 8211 building have now been locked. If you need to access these rooms you will need to make arrangements through the on-site office.

Pool Project-the resurfacing of the East pool and spa will begin in late January and be completed over a four-week period, followed by the re-surfacing of the West spa. Further details will be sent out prior to the start of the project.

Project List Workshop-reminder there will be an open “Workshop” on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 6:00PM in the Clubhouse to discuss the Reserve Study and the major upcoming projects for The Lido.
