The Lido-On-Site Office

Dear The Lido Owners and Residents,

In light of recent events surrounding Coronavirus and other health concerns, Action is taking immediate steps to lessen unnecessary exposure and prevent spreading of this and any other virus. The health and safety of our residents and staff is our top priority.

First and foremost, with the help of the Pro-Tec janitorial team, we are ensuring all common areas are kept clean and sanitized. Our staff will be provided hand sanitizer and wipes for their use. Our staff will also no longer come into physical or close contact with any residents, guests and vendors whether by handshake or otherwise. We are also requesting that residents call or email the General Manager and front desk staff instead of visiting the on-site office face to face. A notice will be posted on the Management office door as a reminder to everyone. We will also continue to closely monitor this situation and follow guidelines set forth by the CDC or government officials.

We encourage everyone to stay home if they are sick and limit exposure to staff and other residents.
