COVID-19-Message from The Lido Board of Directors
Posted By nbekish on March 30, 2020
To: The Lido Owners and Residents,
The Lido requests compliance with the recommendations of Public Health Services and State, County and City Government.
Maintain Social distancing and limit visitors to those providing essential services.
- Social distancing is an important criterion for preventing the spread of the virus. We encourage residents to practice this in all walkways, stairwells and elevators. Elevators are difficult as there is limited room. Family and other social groups can share the elevator, but in any other instance would recommend no more than two people. Also, if there are multiple parties waiting for the elevator, normally accepted priorities, seniors, and families with small children should apply.
- Visitor parking passes will be eliminated starting March 30rd except those that meet the essential services criteria.
- The board urges strict compliance with the mandate. We understand human nature is to be social, and recognizing that it is difficult to enforce, we would like to request that you minimize the number of guests to one or two. If, however, there are complaints from other residents, security can be called, and they will be asked to leave.
We encourage everyone to stay home if they are sick and limit exposure to staff and other residents.
Stay Safe and Stay Healthy.
