The pool/spa re-surfacing project at the East pool will begin Monday, May 11^th. It’s anticipated the project will be completed within 4-6 weeks. Wins Pools will be taking all necessary precautions related to their technicians and COVID-19 (masks will be worn while in the elevators and walking through the common areas, there will be no interaction with residents, etc.). 

We are hopeful the pool area can be re-opened after this project is completed. However, the Association will continue to follow county and state restrictions related to COVID-19, to ensure the safety and health of the residents.

We understand that many of you would like to enjoy the pool areas, especially at this time of year and look forward to seeing that happen!
