Dear The Lido Residents,

There have been several inquires regarding the re-opening of The Lido’s pools and gym. According to the County of San Diego’s COVID-19 Business Team, community pools are not allowed to open at this time. We will continue to monitor for any updates. We understand many of you are eager to use the pools/spas and gym, however the health and safety of the community are of upmost importance!

Association’s have also been advised that new “temporary” rules will need to be approved by the Board and distributed to the membership, prior to the re-opening of any amenities. The rules will include restrictions and guidelines relating to hygiene and social distancing. The Board is currently working with legal counsel to create the polices that will be needed to re-open the pool areas and gym.

While we hope to have the amenities re-opened as soon as possible, the Association will continue to follow requirements mandated by the County’s COVID-19 Business Team.
