Pool Re-opening/Garage Theft

Posted By on June 22, 2020

Dear The Lido Residents,

As you may have seen the notices at the pool or in the elevators, The Lido pool areas are now re-opened! Unfortunately, due to State and County regulations, the spas will remain closed at this time. We appreciate your patience, as a number of things had to be pulled together to make this happen and it took a collective effort! Please see below for important new rules, regarding the pool areas. Remember, you will not have access to the pool areas until you return your signed waiver to the on-site office and have your fobs re-activated!

NEW POOL RULES

The pool areas will be re-opened as of Friday, June 19th. New temporary hours are 7:00AM-7:00PM.

Maximum capacity is 15 for the West pool area and 20 for the East pool area.

No more than 4 individuals from the same household. Residents only.

The pool furniture has been placed in a manner to promote proper social distancing. Please do not move the pool furniture. No more than 1 household per station.

The ability to keep the facilities open and mitigate risk to COVID-19 is dependent on everyone working together to ensure social distancing and doing their part to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We appreciate your cooperation.

Also, the on-site office has been made aware of several vehicle break-ins in the past few weeks. While we are looking into solutions to help alleviate the concerns, we would like to remind all residents not to leave your vehicles unlocked or anything of value visible inside the vehicle. Management and the Board are working with the patrol company to ensure there is more of a presence in the garage areas. The two 30-minute daytime patrols are now being completed early to mid-evening and the guards are focusing on the garage areas. The night patrol guard will focus mainly on the garage areas for the time being as well. We are also discussing the possibility of varying the night patrol hours. We want to assure the residents we are aware of the issue and taking action to address the concern.

Sincerely,

Nikki Bekish, General Manager
