The Lido-Amenity Re-openings/Face Masks

Posted By on June 22, 2020

In our continuing effort to keep The Lido community safe and healthy, we would like to update you on the “Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings” released on June 18th by the California Department of Public Health. The following is an excerpt from this Order outlining the specific portions that apply to the Association.

People in California must wear face coverings when they are in the high-risk situations listed below:

• Working in or walking through common areas, such as hallways, stairways, elevators, and parking facilities

You should also wear face coverings when in any enclosed area where others are present and safe distancing is not possible. This includes The Lido pool areas. Masks should be worn while in the pool area, unless you are seated at a designated station or inside the pool.

In addition, if you intend to use the lounge chairs or tables in the pool areas, please bring a towel to place over the chair(s) being used.

Please understand that the Association’s ability to keep its facilities open and to mitigate the risk related to COVID-19 is dependent upon everyone working together with social distancing and doing their part to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We look forward to seeing the pool areas enjoyed once again!
