Fitness Center-The Board approved to extend the hours of the Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is now available for use from 6:00AM-8:00PM daily. Maximum capacity is three (3). Please remember that masks should be worn while using the fitness center, as well as all other common areas.

West Spa Re-Opening-The State is now allowing outdoor spas to be re-opened, if used by no more than one household group at a time. The West spa heater has been turned on and the spa will once again be ready for use as of Wednesday, November 4^th! Please remember that no food or drink is allowed within two feet of the pool and spa. No more than one household in the spa at one time. The pool/spa hours are 7:00AM-8:00PM. The re-plaster project at the East pool/spa is anticipated to be completed within the next 1-2 weeks, at which time the East spa will be re-opened as well.

Lighting Project-American Wholesale Lighting has started the hallway lighting project, replacing all of the existing hallway round globe light fixtures with new LED fixtures that have a motion sensor feature. The return on investment for this project will be within three years and the annual energy and maintenance cost savings is expected to be approximately $49,000! The project is anticipated to be completed by November 20^th.
