Termite Inspection-Rodent Pest Technologies will be on the property this Thursday, July 29th to conduct a community wide termite inspection, including 48 trellises located on exclusive use balcony areas. The inspection will also include spot treatment for any areas where drywood or subterranean termites are detected. The top floor units that require access for the inspection will be completed between 8:30AM-12:00PM on the 29th.

Garage Gates-The Board approved a proposal at the July 20th Board meeting to replace the existing garage gates with new aluminum roll up gates. By having the existing gates replaced, the costly maintenance and repairs associated with the gates should be significantly minimized. Management will be sending an E-blast to the community and posting notices as soon as an installation date has been determined.

Giant Bird of Paradise Thinning-The Board approved to have Bemus Landscape thin out and remove the dead debris in the giant bird of paradise plants throughout the community. The work will be completed next month.

Annual Fire Inspection-The Board approved the proposal from FireWatch to conduct the annual inspection of the fire sprinklers, fire alarms and service the fire extinguishers. The inspection and alarm testing will take place on August 25th. The inspection will not require access to any units this year.

The next Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 6:30PM in the Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend. The agenda will be posted in the elevators, as well as e-mailed prior to the meeting.
