Face Coverings-Due to the current health and COVID-19 concerns in California and around the United States, effective December 15, 2021, the CDPH has added a statewide requirement that masks are required for individuals in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status from December 15, 2021 through February 15, 2022. Please ensure face coverings are used at all times when using the elevators, stairwells, Fitness Center or inside the parking garages and mailrooms. Stay safe and stay healthy!

Pets-Dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the common areas. This includes the grass area at the back of the community. This is not only a violation of The Lido rules and regulations, it’s also violating a City ordinance! Please make sure to clean up after your pets, this is not the responsibility of the janitorial and landscape personnel!

Garage Gates-Please do not tailgate other vehicles into the parking garages. All residents should be using their own fobs and garage remotes to enter the parking garages. If you have a lost or stolen fob or garage remote, please notify the on-site office.
