Community Updates-January 2022

Board Vacancy-There is currently a vacancy on the Board of Directors. If any homeowners are interested in serving the community, please contact the on-site office. The Board intends to appoint a homeowner to fill the vacancy on the Board at the February 15th Board meeting.

Landscape Projects-The Board approved several landscape projects at the January Board meeting, including landscape renovations to the monument area, renovations to the planter at the end of the driveway on the East side, the trimming of the sycamore trees at the back of the property and the removal of the three dead Canary Island palm trees on the property. Notice will be posted as soon as we have start dates for these projects!

CO System-The Board approved a proposal to replace the CO system in the parking garages, as more than 30% of the sensors failed the annual testing in September. AC Energy Systems will be scheduling this project in February.

Surveillance Cameras-The Board approved a proposal to replace and upgrade the existing camera surveillance system. The proposal includes adding 10 additional cameras that will provide video coverage of the majority of both parking garages, as well as elevator lobbies and stairwell entrances/exits. The upgrade of the camera system will begin in February!

The next Board meeting will be held on February 15, 2022.
