The Lido-Community Reminders!

Please see below for some important reminders regarding the Association Rules & Regulations!
Pets-Dogs must be on a leash at all times in the common areas, this includes the grass area at the back side of the community. Please also ensure you clean up after your pet, this includes the grass areas as well as any urine in the common area walkways, elevators, lobby areas, etc.
Trash-Cardboard boxes are not to be left inside the trash chute rooms, they should be broken down and placed inside the dumpsters in the parking garages. Furniture items are not to be disposed of in the parking garages, nothing should be left by the dumpster areas!
Smoking-The Lido is a No Smoking Community! Smoking is prohibited on the patio and balcony areas.
Balcony/Patio Areas-The only items permitted on the balcony and patio areas are patio furniture and outdoor plants. Balconies and patio areas are not to be utilized for storage purposes or for bicycles, fitness equipment, etc. Shade cloths are not permitted. The only permitted shade coverings are neutral color patio umbrellas.
Interior Repairs/Modifications-Please ensure you read the Architectural Guidelines before making any interior repairs to your unit. Certain types of modifications require completion of an architectural request form and pre-approval of the Board. As a courtesy, please inform your neighbors if you plan to schedule interior repairs that will be heard outside of the unit, so they can plan accordingly.
