New Access Control Officer!

The Association has added a new member to the Management team! The Board and Action Property Management are pleased to introduce Randy Jackson, as the new Access Control Officer for The Lido! Randy has nearly 20 years of experience in law enforcement and private security.
Randy will be on-site 32 hours per week, Thursday-Sunday. The purpose of the position will be to provide a management personnel presence on the interior and exterior of the property, as well as to respond to any needs of the property. Randy will be patrolling and inspecting the common areas routinely throughout each shift, to ensure access is controlled, the HOA’s rules are being followed and the property is well maintained. His attention will be focused on access control, monitoring Guest Parking and fire lanes, inspecting the Clubhouse after reservations, ensuring the common area amenities are vacated and secure after-hours, documenting any reported disturbances and assisting with any safety concerns within the community.
