Package theft is always high around the holiday season!

This is a reminder not to leave packages/deliveries outside of your front doors for extended periods of time.

If you have a package delivered when you are not home, try to work with a neighbor to pick up your package until you are able to retrieve it. If you are out of town, be sure to make other delivery arrangements for expected packages.

We have noticed, a lot more recently, that delivery drivers are not very conscientious when it comes to making sure your package makes it to the right location, once inside of the building. Please make sure you provide clear delivery instructions for that purpose.

Lastly, the on-site office is NOT responsible for receiving or holding packages for you.
