Gym Thermostat-Has been turned down to 72 degrees.

Gym Mirror-Management should have at least two proposals for the replacement of the broken mirror in the gym within the next couple of weeks and is working on having that replaced.

Gym Drinking Fountains-Pro-Tec Building Services has inspected the drinking fountains in the Fitness Center and turned the request over to their plumbing department, to locate and replace the spouts on the fountains.

Pool Heaters-Have both been increased to 76 degrees as of November 23rd.

8211 Elevator-Management has connected with a representative from Thyssenkrupp, regarding the sensor covers needed to repair the 8211 elevator and will continue to do so, until the work is completed! In the meantime, we will keep an eye on the elevator and clean the sensors as needed.

West Pool/spa-As part of the progress in determining the exact issues with the West spa and the source of the water consistently draining out of the bottom of the pool pump room wall and into the parking garage, Wins Pools will be performing a bucket test this week. The test will determine with some certainty whether the issue is related to the pool or the spa. Unfortunately, the pool area must remain closed in order to accurately perform the test. The West pool area will be closed from Monday, December 5th-Friday, December 9th. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Gates-The Board has approved a proposal to add a 2ft extension to the top of the 8211 side fence/gate, by the West pool. Proposals were also requested to add the same extension to the fence/gate by the clubhouse area. This work should be completed within the next few weeks!

The Annual Financial Review has been distributed to the membership.

Annual Meeting-The Annual meeting is scheduled for January 17th. Ballots will be mailed out by the 16^th of this month! PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE!

Holiday Social-Flyers have been posted, as well as an E-blast sent to the community, for the Holiday Social scheduled for this Sunday, December 11^th! The social will be from 4:00PM-7:00PM in the clubhouse. Food and beverages will be provided. Stop by and celebrate the holidays with your neighbors!
