The Board of Directors would like to thank all members that returned their ballot and participated in the election of two (2) Directors to the Board of Directors on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Quorum was achieved with a total of 57 ballots received.

The election results are as follows:

The Inspector of Elections announced the following results upon completion of the tabulation of the ballots:

1. The number of members in good standing and entitled to vote on matters reported below at the Annual Meeting was 221.
2. We determined that a quorum was obtained, which is 25% or 55 members.
3. (57) Members voted by irrevocable secret ballot.
4. We received and registered all ballots.
5. We determined the authenticity, validity and effect of each of the proxies and ballots.
6. We determined that (4) ballot(s) were invalid, (3) ballots counted for Quorum Only.
7. We determined that the polls closed at 6:36 PM.
8. Number of votes cast was (107).

Aimee Fitzgerald and Daniel Paul have been re-elected to the Board by the members, each for a term of two (2) years.
