As a reminder, large or bulky items are prohibited from being placed in or around the dumpsters; or left in the storage rooms. This includes, but is not limited to, televisions, mattresses, bed frames, tables, desks, toilets, and chairs. All of the listed items have been found in the common areas recently and the Association has had to pay for their disposal. Please note that once the residents are identified, the cost of disposal will be assessed to their account.

If you have a large item to dispose of, you can call one of the below charities to schedule a free pick-up. If none of the below will accept the item(s) you must contact a waste disposal company and pay to have the items removed from the property.

Please remember that large or bulky items take up space in a dumpster, which would eventually cause the bin to overflow. That creates an unsanitary environment in the trash rooms, which invites unwanted pest and rodents.
