EXCITING NEWS!

The Board has approved a contract to replace all of the lighting fixtures in the parking garages! The existing fixtures are being replaced with LED fixtures. The new fixtures will not only save considerably on energy costs but, will drastically improve the garage lighting; creating a safer and more secure environment! 

Budget Electric will be on site starting Thursday, May 9^th to begin the project. Work will start in the East garage and then move to the West garage. Approximately 15-30 fixtures will be replaced each day Budget Electric is on-site. It is anticipated the project will be completed by May 24^th, however we need your cooperation to make that happen!

Management will be sending out an e-mail to those residents that will need to move their vehicles during the project. There will be about 10 vehicles each day of the project that will need to be moved from parking spaces. It will not be possible to switch days, as this would require Budget Electric to hop around and present project delays. While we realize the notice provided may be short, we do appreciate everyone’s anticipated cooperation. We do have a few guest parking spaces available for the duration of the project, for those that need them. If you receive a notice regarding your parking space, vehicles will only need to be moved for one day, for about 6-8 hours.

Budget Electric will work with the residents and management to ensure there is as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. However, please be cautious and aware of this project while driving inside the parking garages over the next few weeks!
