8355 Roof Replacement Project!

The 8355 Roof Replacement Project will begin on July 8th and will be ongoing for 6-8 weeks. On Monday, July 8th, there will be a large truck and crane on the property for the material drop off. The grass area, at the East end of the 8355 building, will be blocked off for the day on July 8th. Please do not cross the roped off area! This day will also be quite loud, as some of the materials being placed on the roof are heavy and will make noise as they are placed onto the roof.

During the project, the AC units on the roof will need to be unplugged for approximately 1-2 hours, at a time. This will take place when the new roofing material is being placed on that particular AC platform. This will occur as the crew makes their way around the roof area.
