SB326 Balcony Inspections

The California legislature recently passed SB 326 known as the “deck inspection bill”, which requires associations to conduct mandatory inspections to confirm the structural integrity and safety of all deck systems. The Lido Homeowners Association recently retained the services of CM Squared, Inc. (CM²) to complete this mandatory testing.

Testing will take place 7/8 through 7/19, 8am-5pm each weekday. A sampling, out of all Lido balconies and walkways, was chosen for this inspection/testing. ONLY UNITS WHO HAVE RECEIVED A SEPARATE EMAIL, FROM THE OFFICE, WILL NEED TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THEIR BALCONY OR PROVIDE ACCESS. If you have not been notified separately, regarding removing items from your balcony, you are not required to do anything further.
