Lido Residents, We have some exciting news to share, regarding your Action management team! I have accepted a promotion and will be leaving The Lido, after six years, filled with many unique challenges and experiences! I will miss the Lido and the residents very much! However, I will be leaving the Association in good hands, as Patrick will be taking over the General Manager position, effective April 7th! Action and the Lido Board are very excited for Patrick and this promotion! Patrick has been the manager assistant at The Lido for the past two and a half years and has been instrumental in re-structuring the on-site office and strengthening the on-site management team! We know his enthusiasm and dedication to the Lido will help him succeed as the new GM!   Jai Swinton will be joining the Action management team at the Lido on March 31st, as the new manager assistant! Jai has worked with Action Property Management as the manager assistant at Piazza Palermo, downtown for the past two and a half years. Jai is excited to get started and looking forward to meeting the residents at the Lido! She will be settling into her new role in the on-site office at the front desk and ready to greet visitors next week! Please help us to give Jai a warm Lido welcome! I have truly enjoyed my time at The Lido and want to say thank you to everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past six years and to the Lido Board of Directors for being so amazing to work with!
